1. Dealing with Last Term’s Challenges in your mind with Fresh Solutions – Identifying Lessons from past experiences without carrying negative baggage into the term.

2. Logical Problem-Solving for Classroom & School Issues – How to respond constructively instead of reacting emotionally when the program for the term is rolled out.

Day Two:

Readiness and Professional Recommitment.

1. Resuming with Readiness: Aligning with School Resumption Instructions – Discipline, punctuality, and compliance.

2. Personal Vision for the New Term – How teachers can set practical goals for themselves and their learned.
